As the Founding Principal of Lake Point Property Management, Jeff is responsible for the direction our clients’ investment properties including annual budgeting, year-end reconciliation, capital & strategic planning recommendations, asset management, facilities, tenant relations, and lease management. Jeff has over 12 years of experience in commercial property management in Vermont and has also worked in the greater New York area managing commercial portfolios for one of the largest REITs in North America. Jeff’s focus on building long lasting relationships with owners, vendors and tenants provides for a positive business environment that all stakeholders can appreciate.

As Managing Principal for Lake Point Property Management, Rich is responsible for the procedures and delivery of consistent first class property management. Rich brings a decade of property management experience to our clients, along with specific but diversified knowledge of commercial management, association management, market rate apartments and even student housing. Rich holds two management designations from the Community Association Managers International Certification Board, and greatly enjoys the field's aspect of collaboration to reach goals. Rich lives in Colchester with his wife, two kids and three fish.

A Nantucket-raised entrepreneur with over 10 years of luxury real estate experience, Yana manages lease negotiation and marketing historically difficult to lease properties. She is dedicated to tenant relationship administration according to industry best practices combined with local Vermont experience and your portfolio goals. Yana's focus is marketing investment properties to ensure the highest occupancy rate through innovative positioning and digital advertising. When she is not working or writing, she enjoys all that outdoor Vermont has to offer.

Director of MAINTENANCE

Josh joined the Lake Point team in December, 2015 as an Assistant Property Manager and has moved into the role of Property Maintenance Manager in 2017. He manages day to day operations and tenant relations. As a certified Master Gardner, Josh manages the commercial landscaping contracts, ensuring that properties are looking beautiful and are maintained in a sustainable manner. Prior to joining Lake Point, Josh has over 10 years in Property Management experience in the Stowe area with a focus on landscaping and custom gardens. Josh resides in Hinesburg, VT with his wife and two children.

Matt Fitzpatrick

Matt joined Lake Point with over 10 years of property management experience. He is a Burlington native who spent time out west, but always returned to what he loves the most, the four seasons and the Green Mountains. He comes with experience in building operations, customer relations, and project management. He lives in Bolton with his wife and two sons. When not working, Matt enjoys exploring all aspects of the outdoors and sharing this passion with his family.

As Office Manager, Ellen is tasked with ensuring a smooth process when coordinating vendor activity and addressing tenant concerns in a timely and professional manner. Ellen brings many years of exceptional customer service to her role as the first point of contact for tenants and the company's local partners. She is a graduate of Johnson State College. Ellen currently resides in Burlington with her partner and their dog.

Spencer joined the Lake Point team at the start of 2018. As a maintenance technician, Spencer brings seven years of experience in landscaping. He is also experienced in carpentry and property maintenance and assists with a wide range of property management projects. In his free time, Spencer enjoys the green mountains and is an avid skier and fisherman.

Matt Hagen helps execute any maintenance, communication or customer service for and within Lake Point Property Management. He specializes in logistical solutions to any requests that may arise on any given day. Matt is also a very active musician who plays regularly around Burlington and throughout the state of Vermont. He calls Burlington his home with his life partner, Jane and two dogs B.B. and Shai Hulud.

Corey joined Lake Point at the start of 2019. He brings six years of landscaping, construction, and maintenance experience to the team. He gathered a range of skills and knowledge in environmental management while studying for Environmental Science degree at Champlain College. He currently lives in South Burlington. As an outdoor enthusiast he spends most of his free time either fishing or hiking with friends and family.

Michael joined the Lake Point team as a college intern in the spring of 2019 and graduated to the role of Property Coordinator in August of that year. As Property Coordinator, Michael is responsible for coordinating the activities of the team and in fostering a seamless relationship between Lake Point’s vendors and tenants. A recent graduate of the University of Vermont, Michael currently resides in Burlington. In his free time, Mike enjoys exploring Vermont on his bike or on weekend hiking trips with his friends.

The original dual-threat property manager, Franklin is as smart as he is handsome.  He is a true jack-of-all-trades, taking care of residential properties like no other.  Need your property or community to shine?  Franklin can do.  Need your hardwood floors refinished?  Franklin can do.  Need your roof to be re-shingled?  Franklin can do.  Need your overflowing toilet to be unclogged?  Franklin can call someone to fix that right away.

After a short stint in the U.S. Coast Guard where he unflinchingly saved boaters from themselves, Franklin built a career in property management at communities ranging from 90 to 2,500 units.  With over 15 years’ experience managing residential properties in different markets across the country, he brings a wealth of knowledge and practices of the industry’s very best to Lake Point.  His strong ability to work through and manage a project’s inevitable challenges even through times of economic uncertainty and difficult competitive conditions shows through his assets’ highly successful outcomes.

Franklin has no free time.  Because he’s a straight hustler.
