Managing Principal


As Managing Principal, Rich is responsible for the delivery of consistent first class real estate solutions to our clients. Rich has over a decade of specific but diversified knowledge of real estate and property management experience, including commercial management, association management, market rate apartments and even student housing. Rich is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson, a Realtor, and has two management designations from the Community Association Managers International Certification Board. Above All Else, Rich greatly enjoys the field's aspect of collaboration to reach goals. Rich lives in Colchester with his wife, two kids and three fish.

Stacy Katon


Stacy heads the accounting team, responsible for the delivery of our clients property accounting and financial reporting, which provides the foundation of management. Stacy enjoys her time outside the office with her large family and horse farm. She enjoys showing and riding horses with her kids and grand kids.

Alexis Anderson

Director of Property Management

Alexis Anderson is a native Vermonter who loves to hike and camp with her family.  She earned an A.S. in Administrative Management in 2020. Alexis has worked in residential property management, facilities management, and was a leasing specialist for 6 years in Colchester, VT.  Alexis has cultivated long-term relationships with vendors, tenants, and owners to ensure excellent condition of the properties.  She finds property management to be a wonderful way to help her community while also using her 15 years of customer service in healthcare and hospitality experience.  Before coming to Lake Point Property Management, she was the Director of Operations at the Ronald McDonald House in Burlington, VT.  Being part of a team that can come together, and change peoples’ lives has been her life journey.

Yana Walder

Director of Marketing and Lease Administration 


Yana is a licensed real estate professional with experience in commercial real estate management, lease administration, and property acquisition. She is dedicated to tenant relationship facilitation according to industry best practices combined with local Vermont experience and your portfolio goals. Worked with clients including City Market/Onion River Coop, TD Bank, State Farm, Kelly Services, ReMax, UPS Store, State of Vermont Department of Financial Regulation and Vermont Secretary of State, Vermont Bankers Association, AT&T, Edward Jones, Skinny Pancake, Foam Brewers, and New England Culinary Institute, among others. Licensed in Vermont, USA. When she is not working or writing, she enjoys all that outdoor Vermont has to offer.

Josh Terreberry

Director of Maintenance

Josh joined the Lake Point team in December, 2015 as an Assistant Property Manager and has moved into the role of Property Maintenance Manager in 2017. He manages day to day operations and tenant relations. As an educated Master Gardner, Josh manages the commercial landscaping contracts, ensuring that properties are looking beautiful and are maintained in a sustainable manner. Prior to joining Lake Point, Josh has over 10 years in Property Management experience in the Stowe area with a focus on landscaping and custom gardens. Josh resides in Hinesburg, VT with his wife and two children.

Spencer Lefebvre

Maintenance Technician 

Spencer joined the Lake Point team at the start of 2018. As a maintenance technician, Spencer brings seven years of experience in landscaping. He is also experienced in carpentry and property maintenance and assists with a wide range of property management projects. In his free time, Spencer enjoys the green mountains and is an avid skier and fisherman.

Matt Hagen

Maintenance Technician 

Matt Hagen helps execute any maintenance, communication or customer service for and within Lake Point Property Management. He specializes in logistical solutions to any requests that may arise on any given day. Matt is also a very active musician who plays regularly around Burlington and throughout the state of Vermont. He calls Burlington his home with his life partner, Jane and two dogs B.B. and Shai Hulud.

Jack Loud

Property Manager 

Jack joined the Lake Point team in September of 2020. He brings experience in Residential Property Management, landscaping and maintenance with a further background in substance abuse and adolescent counseling. He currently lives in Colchester and spends his free time hiking, skiing, playing soccer and  doing contracted photography.

Jack Rutherford

Marketing and Lease Coordinator


Jack Rutherford grew up in Burlington, VT and is a senior studying economics at the University of Vermont. He has experience working as an intern for The National Association of Home Builders and Keller Williams Vermont. He also has worked in construction and home renovations. Jack is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson and a Realtor. Jack joined the Lake Point team in early 2021 as the marketing and lease coordinator. Some of his interests include basketball, sailing and ultimate frisbee.

Nate Wark

Property Manager

Nate Wark is a Burlington, Vermont native who enjoys golfing, hiking, and spending quality time with his family. After graduating from the University of Vermont in 2017, he moved to California to work in residential property management. Nate learned how to adapt to a fast paced rental market by establishing strong working relationships with vendors, guests, and owners. Open communication and abstract problem solving are Nate’s specialities as a property manager.

Jacob Bray

Maintenance Technician

Jacob is a Vermont native who grew up in Winooski. As a maintenance tech, he brings 8 years of general contracting experience, along with 2 years of landscaping to Lake Point Property Management. His experience with commercial and residential properties over the years has given him the ability to assess and solve issues that occur in a timely manner.  He currently lives in Colchester with his wife and enjoys camping, is an avid fisherman and loves spending time with his family.

Sara Shea

Operations Facilitator

Sara is a native of Vermont, she has lived in Essex most of her adult life. She has an extensive background in Customer Service and Operations Management.  Sara believes to effectively communicate, we must realize we are all different in the way we perceive the world, and use this to better guide us in our communications. Sara has a passion for photography and especially likes to capture Vermont scenery. Sara enjoys spending her time hiking with her family and friends.
